Position: Technical Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Architect to lead our technical design team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural knowledge and expertise with proficiency in BIM and Revit workflows from design development through construction execution. This role ensures design compliance, oversees regulatory submissions, leads interdisciplinary coordination, and represents projects to local authorities. The successful candidate will act as the technical backbone of the architectural team ensuring technical accuracy, full statutory compliance and buildability.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop detailed architectural drawings, BIM models, specifications, BOQ, and technical documentation.

·        Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and specialist teams to ensure fully integrated design delivery.

·        Review and ensure compliance with UAE local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

·        Respond to authority queries, coordinate revisions, and manage compliance through different project stages.

·        Resolve technical issues that arise during design development and construction phases.

·        Oversee design quality, materials, and construction detailing to meet project requirements.

·        Assist in value engineering and feasibility studies when required.

·        Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

·        8-12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in UAE

·        UAE project delivery experience is essential.

·        Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD, and related design platforms.

·        Demonstrable experience in full project technical documentation, coordinating sub-consultants and technical interfaces.

·        Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.

·        Experience with high-end residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

·        Strong communication and coordination skills.
