Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing and reaching out to candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applicants. The role also involves designing and implementing effective hiring practices, collaborating with team leaders to identify staffing needs, and contributing to the onboarding and training of new employees. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are vital, as the Recruitment Specialist will serve as a key team member in building a dynamic and talented workforce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing candidates
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new team members
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team leaders and HR departments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment is beneficial
