Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Architectural Engineer to join our growing team at Archipnea.
Position: Architectural Engineer
Experience: 1–5 years
Work Type: Part-time (5 Hours per day – Fridays and Saturdays are off)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural design development
Interior and exterior design
Preparation of architectural and working drawings
Technical support for finishing and fit-out works
Coordination and design assistance across project phases

Requirements:
1 to 5 years of professional experience
Strong skills in interior & architectural design and detailing
Experience in 3ds MAX – AutoCAD – Photoshop – MS Office
Experience in Revit is a plus
Ability to produce clear and accurate architectural drawings
Good understanding of finishing materials and execution details
Self-organized, committed, and able to work remotely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within luxury residential or corporate office sectors.
• Passion for learning new architectural directions.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Fair understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Passion for innovative design and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
