With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Legal – Real Estate Tokenisation & Blockchain with expertise in real estate tokenization, blockchain technology, digital asset structuring, and exchange/marketplace compliance. The ideal candidate shall be innovative, solution-oriented, and capable of driving commercial and legal frameworks from concept to execution.In this role, you will:Provide expert legal guidance on:Real estate tokenization and digital asset structuringBlockchain-based marketplaces and trading mechanismsPlatform compliance and investor protection frameworksInterpret and comply with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: RER, REGA, CMA, Digital asset/VASP-related guidelines, and support regulatory filings, licensing, and approvals for digital trading environmentsCommercial & Contractual Support Draft, review, and negotiate:Token issuance and offering documentsSmart contract legal frameworksPlatform service-level agreementsReal estate sale, acquisition, leasing, and investment agreementsEstablish legal models for property tokenisation, fractionalization, and compliant digital tradingProvide risk assessments and ensure regulatory alignment across product, tech, and operational teamsProject & Stakeholder ManagementWork cross-functionally with tech, compliance, and strategy teams to align legal frameworksEngage with regulators, external counsel, and financial institutions to support platform operationsResolve legal blockers with innovative, commercially focused solutionsRequirementsBachelor’s in Law, with a specialisation in business or in a related field preferred4-5 years of experience in real estate, fintech, or digital assetsStrong working knowledge of real estate regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries, digital asset legal structures, exchange and trading platform regulations, and blockchain commercial contractingProven ability to design and implement complex legal frameworks in regulated or digital market environmentsStrong understanding and experience in KSA lawPost qualification, practical experience in KSA preferredLegal drafting in English and ArabicFluent in Arabic and EnglishBenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environmentComprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & Development#KSABayutBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
