Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Appointment Setter will engage prospective customers by phone, text, and other approved channels to qualify leads and schedule appointments for clients in the home services industry. Daily responsibilities include following call scripts, asking qualifying questions, clearly explaining the nature and purpose of each appointment, and accurately entering data into the company’s CRM or scheduling tools. The role involves managing and updating appointment calendars, confirming and reconfirming appointments to maintain strong show rates, and promptly following up with warm leads. The Appointment Setter will also collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong appointment-related skills, including Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with attention to accuracy and time management.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including qualifying prospects and identifying decision-makers in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak clearly, build rapport quickly, and handle objections professionally.
- Proven Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, active listening, and a solutions-focused approach when interacting with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in call centers, telesales, or outbound phone-based roles is highly preferred.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, call dialers, and online scheduling tools, with basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, data entry).
- Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Maadi, maintain consistent attendance, and perform in a metrics-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus.
