Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager at Attijariwafa bank Egypt, located in Alexandria. The Assistant Relationship Manager will assist senior relationship managers in maintaining and enhancing client relationships by providing support in account management, preparing client documentation, and analyzing client needs. They will handle daily account activities, assist in the delivery of financial solutions, and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and supporting the growth of the client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships and address their needs promptly and professionally.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to assess client requirements and provide effective financial solutions.
- Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting with attention to detail to prepare and manage client-related paperwork.
- Time Management and Organization skills to handle multiple client-focused tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge and experience within the banking and financial services industry are advantageous, particularly in corporate or retail banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with banking systems/tools is a plus.
