Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Sohag for a Prompt Engineer. The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining AI prompts to optimize the performance of the company’s conversational AI platform. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing AI outputs, and iteratively improving prompt structures for better accuracy and relevancy. The candidate will also ensure that content recommendations align with targeted audiences such as expats, international students, and newcomers in Germany.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and strong understanding of AI/ML model behavior
• Proficient in prompt engineering and fine-tuning language models for context-aware outputs
• Strong skills in computational linguistics and data-driven optimization
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience with performance evaluation metrics for AI
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for drafting clear prompts and documenting processes
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Previous hands-on experience working with advanced AI models, such as GPT or similar, is a plus
• Passion for helping expats and newcomers navigate new environments is a strong advantage
