We are seeking a skilled IVR developer with proven experience in designing , building, and maintaining automated telephony systems, creating voice-driven applications for self-service on telephony platforms scripting languages, and backend APIs to optimize call flows.

– 5+ years experience in developing IVR systems .

– Design & Development: Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts, and (VXML) applications.

– System Integration: Integrate IVR systems with backend CRM databases, web services, and APIs.

– Platform Maintenance: Configure and maintain platforms like Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom , Cisco or Twilio.

– Telephony Protocols: Strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP.

– Database: Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other database technologies.
