Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist.

📍 Work Locations:

• Obour Branch
• Madinaty Branches
• 6th of October Branches

The role focuses on building positive employee relations, enhancing employee engagement initiatives, implementing HR policies, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws. It also includes managing performance reviews and handling workplace issues to maintain a productive and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement to build a collaborative workplace culture
• Good understanding of HR policies and compliance with labor and employment laws
• Experience in performance management, including handling performance issues and conducting evaluations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively at all levels
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
• Familiarity with Egyptian labor market practices and regulations is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
