About Belong

Belong is a social platform designed to help people build meaningful connections in their city through events, communities and curated social experiences.

We are launching a new product called Plans — curated group experiences such as drinks, dinners, coffee meetups, brunches, padel sessions and other social activities designed to help people meet new people in real life.

We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to help build and manage the venue network that powers Plans across multiple cities and countries.

The Role

This is a highly operational role focused on venue sourcing, partnership management and experience coordination.

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and maintaining relationships with venues that are suitable for Belong Plans, ensuring we have a reliable and scalable venue network across our launch markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate venues for drinks, dinner, brunch, coffee, padel and other social experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with venue owners, managers and hospitality groups.
• Negotiate booking arrangements, group rates and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and update Belong’s venue database across multiple markets.
• Assess venues based on accessibility, capacity, pricing, atmosphere, safety and customer experience.
• Coordinate venue availability and operational requirements.
• Support launch planning for new cities and markets.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for venue onboarding and management.
• Work closely with Product, Operations and Community teams to ensure Plans run smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations, partnerships, events, hospitality, business development or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses and building relationships.
• Experience working with restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, event venues or activity providers is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English required. Additional languages are a plus.

Important Role Requirement

This role requires sourcing, evaluating and coordinating with a wide range of hospitality and social venues across our markets. These may include restaurants, hotels, lounges, rooftop venues, beach clubs, bars, activity providers and other social experience partners.

Applicants should be comfortable engaging with all approved venue categories as part of their professional responsibilities.
