Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager specializing in healthcare products. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, including market research, product development, and ensuring alignment with customer needs. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing supplier relationships, identifying market trends, and ensuring a consistent and competitive product offering. The Product Manager will also support sales and marketing strategies and contribute to achieving the company’s goals in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with product management tasks such as product lifecycle planning, market analysis, and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical supplies, including point-of-care testing solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to analyze market trends and gather customer insights to drive decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in a customer-centric role in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
