Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations.
  • Handle student inquiries and registrations.
  • Coordinate schedules for classrooms and instructors.
  • Maintain attendance records and branch reports.
  • Support events, workshops, and student activities.
  • Ensure branch facilities are organized and operational.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic departments.I
  • Handle administrative paperwork and documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in educational centres, training institutes, or universities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and student management systems.
