Job Description
Operations & Compliance: Monitoring schedules, coordinating the branch’s overall appearance, and ensuring workflows align with quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Financial Supervision: Reviewing supply and sales invoices, managing daily cash closure, and submitting financial and operational reports to management.
Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitoring competitors’ pricing and proposing flexible pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Human Capital Management: Guiding the team, resolving conflicts, monitoring employee discipline, and overseeing training development.
Customer Relations: Overseeing the resolution of complex customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and enhance the overall in-branch experience.
Requirements
Suitable higher education degree (Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration is preferred).
Total Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years as a Sales Executive/Officer or Supervisor within a branch or retail store.
Field Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the same industry.
Training Courses: Certifications in Management & Operations, Finance & Analysis, and Leadership & Development.
Language Skills: Not required.
Computer Skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and sales analysis, plus professional expertise in handling POS & ERP systems to manage invoices and close shifts accurately and error-free.
