وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
Job Description
• Design and execute Marketing Activation Calendars, brand plans, and promotional activities
• Manage the category and brand portfolio to drive growth and market share
• Develop communication plans and assets while ensuring efficient media investment and A&M budget control
• Lead brand performance analysis and insights generation in collaboration with the Insights team and present quarterly findings
• Manage A&M spending in line with AOP through budgeting and monthly tracking
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and lead creative and media agency briefs and evaluate proposals
• Coordinate packaging updates related to ingredient declarations in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs
• Lead pricing strategy development
• Assess market opportunities to expand the brand portfolio and drive business growth
• Manage brand forecasting and coordinate SKU distribution plans with the Sales team
• Monitor media performance, reviews, and audits
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
