What you will do:
- plan and manage Employer branding activities, align them with brand strategy;
- maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials;
- analyze competitors, research trends, and market developments;
- apply strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights;
- participate in the preparation of promotional materials;
- develop verbal and visual brand identifiers;
- collaborate with the rest of Marketing team mates to coordinate with internal customers;
- analyze results and prepare reports.

Requirements
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position; with emphasize on branding & market research
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or mass communications;
- Fluency in Arabic language & English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level and above;
- excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and a large amount of information;
- strong communication and presentation skills;
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools;
- familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- previous experience with an IT field will be a plus
- working in an office environment and collaborating with a cross-functional team.
- attention to detail, creativity and open-mindedness.
