Purpose of the job:

Oversight and management of programs comprising multiple projects within Brightskies, ensuring successful delivery through effective coordination with project managers for cohesive program execution and accountability for budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements

. • Coordinate activities between software, hardware, AI, data annotation, validation, and operations teams.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.

• Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and implement mitigation plans.

• Facilitate internal and external project meetings and document action items.

• Manage communication with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure proper resource allocation and workload balancing across project teams.

• Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular management reports.

• Support contract execution, milestone tracking, and customer acceptance activities.

• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. (Master’s is a plus).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience in software, automotive, technology, or engineering projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle management.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in automotive, ADAS, autonomous driving, AI, robotics, or embedded systems projects.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum or Safe Agile certifications are a plus.

• Experience working with international customers and distributed teams.
