وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
– Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the liabilities RM, RO, ARM teams, including performance assessment and appraisal.
– Achieve set targets – for himself and his team- as well as aimed service levels.
– Ensure cost efficiency / profitability.
– Guide liabilities teams to develop fruitful long lasting relations with existing clients as well as seeking new business opportunities.
– Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.
– Promote the online banking whenever / wherever applicable.
– Ensure satisfactory account conduct of BB accounts, early rectification of various related issues, in addition to revenues generation.
– Responsible for achieving Dep. objectives and targets through managing, training and following up on the team members
