🔹 Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the engineering and construction sectors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract closures
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with project delivery

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development or similar role
• Experience in the construction or engineering consultancy sector is highly preferred
• Strong network within the industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
