🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help attract high-quality talent across multiple roles.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and talent databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus
  • Ability to source candidates effectively using LinkedIn and job portals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and interview techniques
