CapTechs For Human Development is opening the door for ambitious individuals to join our team as Corporate Sales Executives. We offer a unique, three-phase hiring journey that includes an extensive,

Free-of-charge training program to ensure you are fully equipped for success before formal employment.

The 3-Phase Hiring and Training Journey:

To ensure we build a highly professional and skilled Corporate Sales team, the process is structured into three integrated stages:

Phase I: 🤝 Personal Interview

A standard interview to meet potential candidates and assess their initial skills and passion for corporate sales.

Phase II: 📚 Comprehensive Training Program (Absolutely FREE!)

  • Integrated Sales Academy (Sales Workshop):
  • Candidates participate in an intensive Sales Workshop lasting a minimum of 40 hours.
  • The content focuses on advanced sales techniques, specifically geared toward B2B (Business-to-Business) and Corporate Sales strategies.
  • Certificate of Attendance for the Complete Sales Workshop is provided upon completion.
  • Essential MS Office Skills Training:
  • Practical training is provided on the core MS Office programs.
  • This ensures all candidates are proficient with the administrative and reporting tools they will use daily in the role.
  • Certificate of Attendance for the MS Office Training is provided.
  • Practical Sales Application & Experience:
  • Candidates engage in hands-on, real-world application of sales skills.
  • This is designed to transition theoretical knowledge into practical expertise.
  • A formal Official Experience Certificate in Sales is awarded by CapTechs, which can be used for future job searches, regardless of whether the candidate is selected for the final position.
  • This phase acts as a strong professional foundation, preparing candidates thoroughly for the demands of a Corporate Sales Executive.

Phase III: 🌟 Final Presentation and Selection

Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will deliver a final presentation. This is the ultimate selection stage for determining who officially joins the CapTechs Corporate Sales Team.
