Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Alexandria. The HR Specialist will oversee various human resources functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Responsibilities also involve supporting recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
1 year experience in
- core Human Resources functions, including HR Policies and HR Management
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
