The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage operations, a proven track record in managing coffee shops and restaurant chains, and the ability to drive growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

* Minimum experience in Food & Beverage management (coffee & restaurant chains preferred).
* Relevant university degree.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong expertise in financial statements, P&L, and inventory management.
* Excellent knowledge of international food safety standards & HACCP.
