A Leading Company in the food industry is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within the food sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Identify new business opportunities in retail, horeca, and distribution channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales within the food or FMCG industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Strong knowledge of food distribution channels and market dynamics
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
