Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The primary responsibilities include managing property sales, assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. The role also involves developing insights into the local real estate market and maintaining updated listings to match client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and a valid Real Estate License
• Strong background in Real Estate and an understanding of market trends
• Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively assist clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in market research and property listing tools
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with additional languages considered a plus
• Prior experience in the Egyptian real estate market is highly advantageous
