Job Description

 We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Collection Manager to join our vibrant team in Giza, Egypt! Overview: As our Collection Manager, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, overseeing all collection activities and strategies. You’ll lead a dedicated team, implement best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record in financial management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies to achieve departmental targets and reduce outstanding receivables.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing collection team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales Support and Sales Field teams to resolve customer payment issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on collection activities, forecasts, and bad debt provisions to senior management.
    • Implement and refine processes for efficient cash application and dispute resolution.
  • Skills & Technologies: This role demands a robust understanding of Accounting principles, profound expertise in Finance and Collection methodologies, and strong capabilities in Financial Management. You’ll leverage your proficiency in Customer Service and Sales Support to navigate complex client interactions and drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Unleash Your Expertise:
    • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in collection, financial management, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
    • Field of study: Higher education graduate.
    • The age range eligible to apply is from 32 years old to a maximum of 45 years old.
    • Proven mastery in Accounting, Finance, and Collection practices, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial operations.
    • Exceptional skills in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.
    • Demonstrated ability to excel in Sales Support and Customer Service, effectively resolving issues and building positive client relationships.
    • Experience working closely with Sales Field teams to achieve common objectives.
    • A natural leader with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Career Level: This is a Manager level role, requiring a seasoned professional ready to lead and innovate.
