Role Summary
We are looking for a technically strong, self-driven Sales Manager based in Egypt to develop and grow business across the region. Reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager, this person will own the full sales cycle — from market development through to closing and account management — for Comba’s product portfolio. The role suits someone who can operate independently, build customer relationships, and turn technical solutions into commercial wins.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales across the assigned territory in line with regional targets.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across operators, infrastructure providers, integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical positioning, commercial negotiation, proposals, and closing.
- Understand Comba’s product positioning like BSA, DAS, RAN, SmallCell, Etc.
- Position Comba’s portfolio effectively and articulate its technical and commercial value.
- Coordinate with the MEA technology team and HQ to scope solutions and ensure deliverability.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and reporting discipline.
- Represent Comba at customer engagements and industry events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of B2B sales / business development experience in the telecom or wireless industry.
- Strong technical understanding of wireless network and RF products.
- Proven ability to carry and deliver a sales target.
- Comfortable working independently across a multi-country territory.

- Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial acumen.
- Self-starter able to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Disciplined on forecasting and reporting.
- Comfortable working across cultures and in a matrixed organization.
Languages
- Arabic – fluent / native (essential)
- English – fluent (essential)
- French – an advantage
Travel & Mobility
This role requires regular regional travel. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel as needed.
