Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to close-out.

Handle variations, claims, change orders, and extensions efficiently.

Monitor commercial risks, budgets, and project cashflows.

Coordinate with project, finance, procurement, and legal teams.

Maintain accurate contract records and reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and laws.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or Construction Management.

8–10 years in contract management / commercial roles within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Contract Management Diploma is Plus.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contracts.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and contract management software.
