Job Description

-Lead cost estimation for Civil, Architectural, and MEP works
-Prepare BOQs, budgets, and tender submissions aligned with market conditions.
-Lead procurement activities and support supplier & subcontractor selection.
-Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value and cost efficiency.
-Monitor market prices, materials, and industry trends.
-Identify and proactively control cost risks.
-Oversee procurement cycle from specifications to awarding phase.
-Work on projects including malls, villas, and high-end finishing.

Requirements

-More than 12 years of experience in Estimation & Procurement within the construction field
-Strong experience in malls, villas, and finishing projects
-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture engineering.
-Very strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Shop Drawings.
-Solid knowledge of contracts, vendors, procurement process, and cost control.
-Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
