Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring an HR Recruiter in Nasr City for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt. The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services.

Job Role:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and whitecollar roles.

What we are looking for

• 2-3 years of Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in hiring both blue-collar and whitecollar employees is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very Good Command Of English Language is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
