About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Traffic & Fleet Coordinator to join a leading automobile transportation company operating across KSA and Egypt. The company provides comprehensive vehicle transportation services for both individuals and corporate clients, specializing in door-to-door logistics, including airport and seaport transfers.

Job Scope:

The Traffic & Fleet Coordinator supports daily transportation and fleet operations by monitoring vehicle movements, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient dispatching. The role focuses on tracking trips, optimizing routes, handling operational issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports to support smooth fleet performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience from 0–2 years in (Logistics / Fleet / Transportation / Traffic Coordination)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates must have a private driving license
