We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, innovative, and high-quality content across various digital platforms to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support the company’s marketing and business objectives. The candidate must have previous experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or a related industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends, target audiences, and content strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is a must.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar role.
• Excellent content writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
• Develop creative concepts and mood boards for photoshoots.
• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) using an iPhone.
• Plan shoot days and lead the production team on-set.
• Ensure all content meets premium aesthetic standards and stays visually consistent.
• Review agency deliverables and provide clear feedback for final edits.
• Ability to direct on-set teams and manage external agencies.
