Job Description
*Draft, review, and administer various contracts, agreements, and amendments.
* Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
* Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
* Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
* Maintain contract records and documentation in an organized manner.
* Support contract negotiations and assist in resolving contractual disputes or claims.
* Review variation orders, extensions of time, and other contract-related requests.
* Prepare contract reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and close-out procedures.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contract Specialist, preferably within a real estate developer.
* Strong knowledge of contract administration and contract management principles.
* Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
