Monitors, regularly, the detailed construction progress of the project to ensure full adherence to work plans within agreed budget and resources and assure actual cost data collection procedures, Integration with Oracle ERP system

Attend Monthly /quarterly budget cost control meetings with all administrative departments.
Prepare charts, diagrams, graphs and presentations to illustrate logistics issues.
Generate on monthly basis cost control report for specific items in company’s projects and reporting to my managers.
Works with Site PCS on monthly basis to review and analyze budget performance to include a review of actual and budgeted expenses.
Code withdrawal Request and Invoices to CSI & EXP codes on daily basis.

Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control, project controls, or construction projects.
Previous experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and cost reporting.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP system (mandatory).
Good understanding of project budgets, actual vs. planned costs, and variance analysis.
Ability to code and process withdrawal requests and invoices accurately (CSI & EXP codes).
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, charts, and data analysis.
Ability to prepare charts, diagrams, graphs, and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical & Reporting Skills
Strong analytical skills to review and evaluate budget performance.
Ability to generate monthly cost control reports with clear insights.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
