Job Description

-Assisting in calculating the cost of contract manufacturing products (toll manufacturing) on a quarterly basis .

-Assisting in calculating the estimated costs and entering the costs of raw materials and packaging materials into Oracle on a monthly basis.

-Assisting in preparing the raw materials and supplies price report to calculate the cost of Eva products on a quarterly basis.

-Reviewing and analysing manufacturing batch variances through Oracle reports.

-Calculating the actual cost of imported shipments (chemicals – packaging – printed materials), entering them into Oracle, and reconciling import shipment invoices with purchase orders (POs).

-Handling internal and external administrative tasks for the department.

-Maintaining and organising files and documentation.

-Complying with and implementing occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures and instructions within the company.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).

Language Skills: Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Oracle ERP systems.

Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in the field of Cost Accounting.
