Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
-Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
-Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and cost optimization efforts.
-Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards.
-Partner with department heads and leadership to translate financial data into business recommendations.
-Support operational and commercial teams in improving financial performance and growth.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
– 7–9 years of experience in FP&A, Costing, or Budgeting.
– Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI/ERP systems knowledge.
