We are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant – Property Management & Lettings Coordinator to remotely support our property management company clients. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working with property managers, property owners, tenants, and applicants.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenancy agreements and assist with lettings administration
• Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and applicants
• Answer and make phone calls to tenants and clients
• Assist tenants with Universal Credit and rent-related follow-ups
• Follow up with tenants regarding required information and verification codes
• Track rent payments and assist with arrears follow-up
• Update property records and maintain accurate data in client systems
• Assist with tenant onboarding and move-in coordination
• Prepare simple reports for client management teams
• Respond to emails and daily inquiries promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management, lettings, or virtual assistance (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with tenants over the phone
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working during UK business hours
• Stable internet connection
