Job Description

We are an online clothing brand, we are looking to hire a customer service agent to answer messages on social media, follow up on orders with courier services, follow up on returns, manage exchanges and refunds and fulfill orders. 

Requirements

• full time – in office position (office located in heliopolice, cairo)
• 2 years of experience required.
• Basic English and computer skills required.
