Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Social Media Manager (Facebook & Instagram) at Cyiper. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. They will manage day-to-day page activities, including responding to comments and messages, monitoring community sentiment, and fostering positive engagement. The role includes developing and refining content strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and implementing basic social media optimization (SMO) best practices. The Social Media Manager will track and report on key performance metrics, suggest data-driven improvements, collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaigns, and stay current with platform trends and features.

Qualifications

• Strong social media expertise, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for Facebook and Instagram.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars, defining target audiences, and aligning content with business goals.
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms) is preferred.
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in visual and written brand presentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience managing social media for tech, startup, or digital brands is an advantage.
