Job Description

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various engineering and operational sources to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the integration of data analytics into engineering workflows to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new data analytics tools and technologies.
• Provide training and support to team members on data analytics best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of database management systems and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is a plus.
