Job Purpose

To provide technical support to the sales team by analyzing customer requirements, designing data center solutions, and preparing technical proposals that ensure competitive, compliant, and customer-focused offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements for Data Center projects and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and propose data center solutions including:

Power & UPS Systems

Cooling & HVAC Systems

Racks, Containment & Cabling

Fire Detection & Fire Suppression Systems

• Prepare Technical proposals and submittals
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and compliance sheets
• Support sales team during Client meetings and technical presentations
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal engineering teams
• Review preliminary layouts, drawings, and system architectures
• Respond to technical clarifications during bidding stages
• Stay updated with data center technologies, standards, and best practices
• Provide technical support during project handover when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Design for Data Center solutions
• Good knowledge of data center standards
