Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
- Verify accuracy of information before inputting
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records
- Retrieve data as requested by management or team members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good organizational and communication skills
