Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. As a Technical Lead (Backend), you will design and implement scalable backend solutions, oversee system architecture, and mentor team members. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality, optimizing performance, and participating in code reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure backend services that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with database design, SQL, and NoSQL technologies
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with a track record of managing technical teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of AI-driven technologies and frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
