Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation for Icon group’s products and services.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content across digital platforms to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute specialized campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities are consistent with Icon group’s brand identity and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation software.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
