Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter at EcomSprint – Marketing Agency. The Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales and account management teams. Responsibilities include managing and updating calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments, and keeping accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The role also involves following call scripts and outreach guidelines, responding to basic inquiries about services, and escalating more complex questions to the appropriate team members. The Appointment Setter will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align outreach efforts with current campaigns and goals.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple calendars efficiently.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying interest, and nurturing early-stage opportunities.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional, empathetic, and clear approach in written and verbal interactions.
• Comfort using CRM tools and online communication platforms, with strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Previous experience in an appointment setting, sales support, or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or agency environments is a plus.
