We’re hiring a highly experienced ERPNext / Frappe Senior Developer to join EGlobalSphere for a major enterprise digital transformation initiative.

This role involves leading the technical architecture, customization, integration, and deployment of large-scale ERP solutions across Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Retail Operations, Manufacturing, and enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications using the Frappe Framework

* Build scalable backend modules using Python

* Develop APIs, integrations, and automation workflows

* Optimize ERP performance, database structures, and system architecture

* Lead deployment, multi-branch configurations, and cloud infrastructure support

* Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders

* Develop custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and enterprise-grade features

* Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and documentation standards

Required Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe

* Advanced Python development experience

* Experience with MariaDB / MySQL

* REST API integration experience

* Strong understanding of ERP architecture and enterprise workflows

* Experience with Linux servers, Docker, Bench, and production deployments

* Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience

* Enterprise ERP implementation experience

* Multi-company / multi-branch deployments

* Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, or HR modules experience

* Experience scaling ERPNext for high-volume operations

* Knowledge of AI integrations and workflow automation is a plus
