Role Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high‑quality visual designs for both digital and print materials, translating marketing and strategic objectives into creative outputs that align with brand guidelines and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials (social media assets, websites, flyers, brochures, exhibitions, presentations, and internal communications).

• Collaborate closely with Marketing teams on campaigns and branding initiatives.

• Apply graphic design strategies suitable for B2C environments.

• Develop concepts, layouts, illustrations, logos, and visual assets aligned with brand identity.

• Prepare ready‑to‑print artwork in supplier-required specifications.

• Review and proof final designs, ensuring accuracy in branding, colors, and formats.

• Maintain an organized archive of editable design files by project and date.

• Contribute to developing and maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines.

• Create animated GIFs and support digital marketing visuals as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Strong creativity and aesthetic design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects).

• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other design tools.
