Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products.
• Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times.
• Adhere to 5S & Lean projects and instructions.
• Develop & execute quality control plans, type test plans, and inspection test plans as per the master delivery plan with customers.
• Manage non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for product allocation.
• Receive and analyze the finished product, then pass it to the warehouse after testing.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams.
• Maintain quality control documentation.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure quality discipline across shifts.
• Schedule jobs and optimize manpower utilization.
• Issue regular quality reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in quality control within the electrical manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
