Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities include refining HR policies, managing payroll processes, conducting training programs, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires collaborating with department heads to address staffing needs, employee growth, and productivity optimization to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Strong experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll management
• Experience in conducting training, development programs, and fostering staff engagement
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and contribute to a collaborative working culture
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) is a plus
• 15+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the automotive or retail sector
