Job Responsibilities:

-Oversee and lead the process of transforming and enhancing mobile, online and other everyday banking platforms within the bank.

-Handle mobile and online backlog creation and prioritization in addition to version upgrades and releases.

-Strategic planning, project management, and implementation of new technologies and features to improve the bank mobile and online presence.

-Responsible for driving innovation, improving user experience, and ensuring seamless integration between various digital channels.

-Work closely with cross-functional teams, onsite and offshore stakeholders, and external partners to align business objectives, manage resources, and deliver successful transformations in line with industry’s best practices.

-Responsible for the delivery of all mobile and online initiatives.

-Responsible for mobile and online performance in terms of availability, utilization of services, production performance, penetration, and engagement rates in addition to financial profitability and channels income and all their related KPIs and numbers.

-Responsible for creating SLA for customer support, handling channels related complaints including root cause fixes and creating KPIs/threshold for customer satisfaction rate.

-Required years of experience from 10 – 12 in Digital Banking.
