About the Role: We are currently seeking professional Customer Service Advisors to join our company as back office agents for 2 of our projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for fluent English speakers looking to advance their careers in a stable, premium corporate environment.

Requirements

Key Details:

• Salary: 18000 EGP Gross per month.
• Start Date: February 2026.
• Shift Format: Rotational Shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers of a high-end luxury brand.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain the company’s quality standards in spoken and written communication.

Requirements:

• Education: University Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any major).
• Language: English proficiency Level B2 or above (Excellent spoken and written command required).
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and customer handling skills.
• Commute: Ability to commute to Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October daily.
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately (February start).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts.
